Congratulations Graduates!

All UWS regalia must be ordered through this webpage and will be shipped directly to the address you provide. You are responsible for purchasing your own regalia. UWS will provide honors cords, concurrent master’s degree stoles, and veteran's cords at no cost for qualifying students at the commencement ceremony. UWS does not ship these items for graduates who do not attend the in-person ceremony.

Instructions for regalia selection:

• How to select the correct regalia package:
  • VIP Masters Package: Includes a cap, gown, hood, and black tassel. Select this option if you are expected to complete a master's program.
  • VIP Doctoral Package: Includes a cap, gown, tam, hood, and gold tassel. Select this option if you are expected to complete a doctoral degree OR if you are completing a doctoral and a master’s degree concurrently.

The deadline for ordering your regalia is May 26, 2024. Orders after this date will not be accepted.
